Not all work requires in-office presence. At Dexterra, our leaders and employees use common sense to determine where a person is most productive. For some, this may mean being in the office on a regular basis, whereas for others it may be less frequent. <\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

At Dexterra, we believe in continuous improvement. Our leaders are encouraged to give constant feedback to our employees to enhance their development and performance.
